Najah Chier has a daughter with Celiac disease, and was forced to travel from her home in Peki’in to health food stores in the center of the country to buy her daughter gluten-free products. However, she discovered that they weren’t particularly tasty. So Najah made it her mission to make her daughter delicious gluten-free baked goods. After perfecting her recipes, she opened her unique bakery offering delicious gluten-free pita, cakes, pizza dough and much, much more.
